Environmental Protection Has Many Option

Some manufacturers are mitigating both the supply side and the demand side of the energy equation by investigating alternative energy sources such as wind power, bio-fuels, waste recycling/co-generation plants and solar energy for their factories.

Some companies are using spent materials and building co-generation facilities within their plants. For example, Anheuser-Busch uses bioenergy recovery systems in their facilities to recycle energy from its leftover bravery water.

The biofuel industry is an especially promising sustainable energy source for manufacturing, and its worldwide usage is growing. Global biofuels production is rising annually by the equivalent of about 300,000 barrels of oil a day. The demand also is growing for plant machinery to produce this ecologically sustainable source of energy.

A biogas plant will run optimally on solutions using the integrated equipment by open architecture combines control, communication and visualization functions. These solutions consist of a scalable hardware platform along with scalable software comprising the programming software and the FactoryTalk view visualization software.

At least by using of integrated technology and nature feature, will lessen the waste should be processed or will less the waste possibility dispose to nature. Waste disposal from industry can’t be reuse all, but just part of them can be process and use as energy source, the other just be processed before dispose to nature.
