Electronic waste is categorized into hazardous waste not long time ago, since some country still don't include this waste into hazardous waste. United Nation have categorized this waste into hazardous waste because the component on electronic waste almost all contain hazardous materials but not mentioned clearly on the rule that electronic include in hazardous waste.

If we separate the electronic waste the we found that inside the electronic component will content hazardous material like, silver, gold, tin and capacitors, but the rule not mentioned directly with electronic waste. People can still not recognized that electronic waste include as hazardous waste even the content on each electronic waste are many hazardous materials. People still dispose electronic waste in every where and make potential to pollute environment.

In our government also have include electronic waste as hazardous waste, but this decision not followed by the clear regulation. No regulation mentioned directly that electronic waste as hazardous waste, but government have released permit for some transporter to dispose and treat this waste as hazardous waste. Some government rule conflict with the real condition, they state the waste but don't provide the treatment company who can treat this waste. No company can treat this waste or utilize waste in order not contaminate the environment.The regulation will release with the consequence to provide the process and the treatment price should not expensive.
