You may still confused to differ what kind waste that include on hazardous waste or include in usual waste. Hazardous waste material always rule by each government to describe and to list the hazardous waste. But the government rule also make general rule that can be hold as the base of rule. You may can read from the list of hazardous waste that attached together with the law of hazardous waste but you also must read the content of that rule very carefully.

Even the government have released the list of hazardous waste law but not all people can understand what the meaning on the list and what means of every articles on the rule. You can use the list that attached on the rule but you can not use that list if there is no clear statement on the list in connection with the material you want to know.

Every hazardous law will describe that hazardous waste can be determined very clearly just using material analyses and toxisity testing. Without this testing every material can not describe very clearly. So don't make debate about certain material if you don't have the testing date of that material. More safe if you treat that material as hazardous waste.
